Our service call was dispatched to Budget Heating and Cooling through American Home Shield for a non-working furnace. They correctly diagnosed that the inducer motor needed replacement, but they also incorrectly reported that the system has no return air, which caused American Home Shield to deny the claim. We then had another licensed HVAC company inspect the system, and they confirmed the furnace does have proper return air. There is no clear reason why Budget reported otherwise. Prompt, arrived a couple minutes early. Very professional and clean. They left the place cleaner then when they arrived. Also, they came prepared with the right parts for a quick install of two new furnaces. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
I would just like to say that everything in my original review is entirely accurate and truthful. Additionally, I reached out to my home warranty company to report the incident and they said they would contact Budget Heating on my behalf and request a copy of the tech's diagnosis. The report was never sent to me. Budget Heating's technician is totally responsible for damaging my furnace - I was standing right next to him when he caused the motor to blow out. My furnace wasn't providing proper heat. I called on a Sunday evening, and they were at my home the very next day to make the repair. The guys were professional and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes.
LET ME TELL YOU GUYS VICTOR AND HIS UNCLE ARE THE BEST,EFFICIENT FAST AND THEY MAKE THE PROCESS SO MUCH FUN I want these guys on any job I have going forward they explain anything you need to understand during the process.
