Mike and Sam were excellent to work with and extremely polite and professional. They corrected an issue from before, and I would recommend them to anyone. This is a solid company that stands behind their work, and doesn't cut corners.
This was my husband and my first time using Budget Heating and Cooling when our central air conditioner started to not work properly. We have a home warranty and the warranty company is who connected Budget. We were very pleased with MOE and the work he did. He was very thorough, explained everything, took his time and knew the trade. We are happy customers!
I have been to budget heating and cooling numerous times over the last few years. They have always had the parts I need in stock (inducing fan, relays, and recently pressure switches), they're helpful and informative when purchasing parts. Great place, I'm glad theyre close!
Sam came to repair my HVAC. Sam was on time. He kept me updated as to when he would come to my home. Sam was professional. He even took the time and asked me if I had any questions about my system, and not only the repair. Sam did a good job with the repair.
