Worst customer service ever. Technician came out took pictures. Then charged me $100.00. Then a week later informed they don't know what is wrong. I asked why they didn't look at the damaged ac unit. There response was, "was because we don't have to." I very much believe that this operation is a scam. I hope that I can help future victims avoid the experience that I have had with them.
