Ordered a copper glass table and in that process read they had a few in stock. Paid for delivery etc. Received a confirmation email and that they were preparing to send the item. 4 days later I get a receipt for full refund due to no stock. But the receipt says refund not transferred with no date to know when? After an email enquiry given a stock reply it will depend on my bank. So if you are ordering online - ring before you click on pay. It may save a lot of hassles.
