I simply asked, while getting an estimate, if it was an option to purchase my own flooring and have them do the install. Apparently, this is an unacceptable question to the owner because as soon as I walked through his doors to return his samples he went off on me. He cursed at me in front of my kids, he didn't care about my business or the business that had referred me to him, needless to say they won't be returning. Larry & Alex great people to work with.
Dealing with Alex Rosario was the best. He helped us get what we wanted at a very affordable price. We were able to get installation done quickly thanks to Larry. LVP was in on Xmas eve. I went with the Luxwood and am very pleased with the look. The installers were punctual and were done in two days. They worked very hard and the floor looks it. It looks great. I would highly recommend them.

I was unsatisfied with the product I was sold for a verity of reasons 1. It's a product that is being sold I Florida and they do not recommend it to be exposed to sun shine. 2. You can not walk on it with shoes on because small stones could damage and scratch it. 3. Animals might damage it with there toe nails 4. Do not but it in a bathroom 5.
