We just had carpets installed into 3 of our bedrooms and love how it came out! The service, options and prices were all right. We worked with Shannon who was super informative, responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. He even gave us advice on how to tackle the floors in other sections of our house that we aren't ready to address just yet. We're so happy to have stumbled upon Hatcher's and will definitely be back for our future flooring needs!
Had a great experience with Hatcher’s. I replaced carpet on two levels with hardwood, which David helped match to some existing flooring in the house. The match was perfect and their installation team did a tremendous job. Everyone involved in the project was very professional and easy to communicate with. David even went above and beyond to help me find a vendor to provide a matching bannister, which was my oversight in planning the project. Highly recommended. First photo shows the old and new floor together.
Hatchers not only outperformed their competitors in price for refinishing our original 30 year old floors but they also made them look better than the original floors! The team was on time, they communicated what to expect each day and were very intentional about trying to reduce as much dust as possible during the process. From initial quote to finished floors was less than two weeks. Thank you Hatchers!
This is the second time I have used Hatcher's Floors, and I'll do so again during our next flooring project. Their estimate was fair & timely, we had to adjust direction mid job (not Hatcher's fault), which they did well, and the quality of their work was top notch.
Hatcher's Floors replaced the hardwoods on the entire main level of our home. From the patience shown in selecting our new flooring, removal of the existing floors, and installation of the new hardwood, Shannon and his team were outstanding. High quality flooring, reasonable pricing, and professionalism throughout the process.
