I had my floors refinished by Hatchers Floors. They are beautiful. The price was fair and the crew was great. There were quite a few dark spots in my floors that are no longer visible. I newer thought these would be gone. The entire experience from start to finish was great. The person who came to do the estimate was great and answered all my questions along with some advice. I recently hired Hatchers to refinish my kitchen floor during my kitchen renovation. They came and sanded and stained the floors on day one. Shortly after I knew something was wrong. There were multiple dark spots and it was clear the sanding was splotchy and everywhere the floor had rough spots, the stain showed up darker. I had Tom, my project manager come out because he insisted the floors must have gotten wet (they hadn’t). He gaslit me saying that this is how it always looks. We had an excellent experience with Hatcher's from start to finish. They gave a lot of valuable information to help us decide which direction to go with the flooring. We installed both luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and carpet in our home, and the results exceeded our expectations. We get compliments whenever guests stop by. Hatcher’s did a wonderful job with carpet replacement for homes. They truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were available for me over the weekend, perfectly scheduled the carpet installation around my timetable, and even drove a long way to get the specific cushion padding I requested. The installation was done beautifully. A special thanks to Ana for guiding through the process and making everything run so smoothly, even with the last-minute changes.
