After two floor refinishers backed out of their commitments to refinish my 80+ years old upstairs floors, I was desperate and in search of a third. I happily found Hatcher’s Floors, Inc., who accepted my relatively small job. hatcher's Floors have completely replaced all the flooring in our 4000 sq foot home. Wood flooring on the main level, new carpet in the 2nd floor bedrooms and LVP in our basement They can do it all and the do an excellent job. Excellent to work with and would highly reccommend. Be aware that these people may have a combined experience of 75 years but you wouldn't know it. May sure to look at the constant underlying theme of unprofessionalism when something they have done completely goes wrong and preventable and how they react! I had new flooring installed in my new kitchen along with two other areas just sanded and stained. I came home to find an extensive amount of swirl marks and when I say extensive they were evident and everywhere. I could follow the path of the sander by the swirl marks!! I w... read more

Driver was angry with me for merging onto route 7 in front of him. He honked right away and then later honked aggressively to make a point, I guess, when I made a normal right turn into a shopping center. I was going 5 miles an hour OVER the speed limit in the right lane, but still not fast enough apparently.
