From the initial consultation to the carpet and flooring installation, it was great working with Budget Flooring. The team was professional, helpful, and very thorough throughout the entire process. I used this company for the great reviews and wanted to share my experience because it has been awful. The company laid carpet over damaged subfloor. I left a review saying so and was called with an offer to remove and reinstall the carpet for free. They came and removed the carpet and it was blatantly apparent that the subfloor had not been cleaned at all before laying the carpet. We had such a great experience at Budget Flooring on Cedar St. They were extremely helpful during the selection process and had a quick turnaround for installation. We couldn't be happier with our carpet and vinyl.
I highly recommend Simon and this family-owned and ran flooring store! I knew what carpet I wanted from a different house I owned, and they made sure they got me the exact one and it was cheaper than their competitors in town, on the day I needed it. The install was great- quick, no seams or issues, and they vacuumed most of the little new carpet fuzzies away before leaving (Note, I've found this is not a given with flooring installers, but it is definitely appreciated that they did it!).
