I have lived in the neighborhood south of Budget Finance since 1994. I have used their services many times throughout the years. I have found the company laid back but professional. I have never had a problem with paying a utility bill with cash. They have always counted out the money in front of me that I gave them. I believe you can trust this company with your business.
The taco Bueno on 11 th street is amazing! Everyone in there is super nice!
Beware – This is my first time posting on this site and it is for a good cause. Please, do not use or go to Budget Finance on 11th st in Tulsa. Twice they took my money for my utilitiy payments and gave me a receipt that stated $20 less than what I had given them. When confronted (and peacefully if I might add) with this the employee attempted to call me a liar and say that I lost my money and she would not even entertain the idea of checking their cameras or that the employee could have done that.
