Jonathan was the sales person. When asked about oil change records he stated they require proof and have it on record. I proceeded with the purchase of a 2024 Tundra. When I got it home alarms went off truck was towed to dealership. Number 6 spark plug misfire. Had carbon build up that covered the complete lower end of spark plug. 1000 miles later alarm again.
