Service was great. Truck was alittle dirty upon receiving it. And gas tank wasnt full

Needed a car for the day and Biron (the Budget rep) was awesome and he did a great job. He was very helpful and informative and made the experience awesome. Thanks again, very nice 4Runner limited with all the bells and whistles.

Very unsatisfied with the check in person he was rude unhelpful AC didn't work properly he insisted it was good. he had us go to the Budget on Tropicana because he had no cars available is what he said, we get to Tropicana the Lady there, was very helpful she remembered the car we had and said she put a ticket in for that car because the AC wasn't working right. He didn't try to help I called the other location before going to confirm if they had rentals available before driving away over there.

Bryon was soooo helpful. 12v wasn’t working and I’m driving 1-way to TX so he reached out to Tropicana site to arrange for the Fargo van rental. I didn’t realize I left my Drivers License and Credit card—-he literally had his tech bring it over saving me 30 minutes of driving back! Both Tropicana and Loosee rental sites very accommodating and customer oriented. Do NOT go to the Nellis branch—-rude as heck, does not care about customers!!!
