No after hours return is inconvenient and rediculous.
The car was very nice but the customer service representative did not want to give me the car I reserved. He told me I had to pay 19 dollars more for the car I had reserved. I reserved a compact SUV he only wanted to give me a compact car.i just had a seat In the office and got on my phone. He didn't know who I was contacting. So he decided to give me the car I reserved.
