So bad. These guys are scammers for sure. I dropped off a Mustang Mach E with a higher charge than I picked it up, and they tried to charge me the "refuel fee", luckily customer service corporate removed it. I picked up a car after my cruise, and the car was at 9 miles of range with a low fuel warning and not cleaned (Toyota Camry Hybrid, 480 miles range full). They also tried to upsell me on things I didn't want or need, very shady folks.
