Wonderful
There are a lot if bad reviews of this location and for good reason. Theres not signage to find either the kiosk to rent or which garage you need to go to to pick up your car. For reference you need to drop off your car in the Newport West Garage which is not where Google sends you when you look up the address. I sat on hold with budget trying to get a hold of the location for 20 min before someone picked up, not from the location who couldn't direct me where to go. Amazing Car service
Rude customer service when I picked up the car. Tossed the key to me instead of nicely handing it to me. Did not trust this rental company at all, but car was good.
This car rental with budget has been the worse experience of my life. I first got the car and couldn’t find the car. After asking the staff they also took a while to find the car you guys might want to monitor inventory. It turns out that the key had low battery and the system was not working. I was already one hour behind. When I turn the car, I see that the car has 20% battery. Traveling from NYC to DC would take me more than a 20% battery. It took me an hour and 30 minutes to charge.
