Nothing great but nothing terrible either. Just a meh place
I regularly rent cars to travel for work, I will reserve a car at 8am and I show up at 8am. Twice the lady just doesn’t show up for her job. 830am and the door is locked to the office. Twice now she was late to work 30 minutes, which causes me to be late and rush. I’m not coming back after this morning, I’ll go out of my way to bring my business to a more responsible rental division.
Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid if possible. 1. The location never opens on time. I had to wait over 30 minutes twice — once to pick up and once to return the car — because they didn’t open on schedule. 2. The car was not properly inspected. Right after I picked it up, a low tire pressure warning appeared. I added air, but the warning came back — and then I got a flat tire in the middle of my trip. 3. Completely unfair charges.
