Avis/Budget rental: I rented a car in Cypress, CA on Lincoln. I was new to the area and was unfamiliar as to which local businesses had good customer service. I was so happy to have received stellar service from both James at pick up and Tony at drop off. The store was clean - open on Sunday, and had great rental options at a great price!! Pam was the BEST!!! Probably one of the best car rental customer service experiences I’ve had. I had to extend my reservation and she made the process smooth, easy and seamless. She was very polite, friendly, kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of in the easiest and best way for me.
