My wife and I rented a car from this location and we were very pleased. Jerry was easy to deal with and helpful as well. They did not have many cars left since we arrived about 1 hour before closing but he managed to offer us 2 choices of car in our category. We were very happy with our pick (Dodge Hornet). We had a the car for 8 days and when we returned it we dealt with Pam who was also very accomodating and kind. Avis/Budget rental: I rented a car in Cypress, CA on Lincoln. I was new to the area and was unfamiliar as to which local businesses had good customer service. I was so happy to have received stellar service from both James at pick up and Tony at drop off. The store was clean - open on Sunday, and had great rental options at a great price!!
