Great prices on the rentals , company works well with customers
I picked up a Mazda-CX 50 last week and the experience was great! The process times to do the reservation in picking up the car was much faster than the airports in which I rented from previously. The car was right next to the office so there was easy pick up and the car inside was super clean unlike what some review have said these guys did an awesome job! Will rent again soon when needed. Easy, fast, and convenient location near my house!
Guy in the booth knows nothing, not helpful at all. No receipts given. My full deposit was not returned and no explanation was given. The car was absolutely filthy when I received it. Would not ever rent from Budget again.
Worst customer service. Guy there even lied about his name mohammed ali?? Yeah right!! He needs to get a customer service course before dealing with a customer. This is a shame avis/budget. Get a better staff to deal with your customer properly. Shame shame!! Dont go to this location! Waste of your time
I had extremely horrible experience with Mansa one of the representative that was there on Sunday. She was unhelpful from the start and she suddenly refused to give car because she didn’t feel like it and when she was called out that she was upright rude and unhelpful. She claimed to see a corporate code on my booking while there was so corporate code on it. Even the customer service of budget told her that she’s doing wrong. Worst. I would advise people to try other locations.
