Excellent service and new car - very satisfied
One of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding Budget and Avis. I rented a vehicle from Budget for my trip. While traveling through Indiana, the vehicle was stopped by police and towed. I later learned that there were issues associated with the vehicle, which created a major problem during my trip. At that point, I expected Budget to help immediately by providing an alternate vehicle so I could continue my journey. Unfortunately, that did not happen.
