I had extremely horrible experience with Mansa one of the representative that was there on Sunday. She was unhelpful from the start and she suddenly refused to give car because she didn’t feel like it and when she was called out that she was upright rude and unhelpful. She claimed to see a corporate code on my booking while there was so corporate code on it. Even the customer service of budget told her that she’s doing wrong. Worst. I would advise people to try other locations.

This car rental experience was okay, earning a solid 3 stars. I booked online through a third-party site, and like always, I was surprised the rates were better there than directly on the company's own website. Picking up the car was a breeze right when the office opened. The whole process was relatively easy, which I appreciated. The car itself was clean and felt pretty new, which is always a plus. I'm not even sure if some of these reviews are for the correct location... I've rented from the Montgomery St in Jersey City branch a couple of times and never had any issues. It's a small location only 1 or 2 staff so if you're unlucky with timing it can take a while to check out.

Gave me a car whose transmission and brakes did not work within 30 min of receiving the car. The car had troubling stopping and the engine shut off while I was driving on canal st. I had to have them exchange the vehicle and when I returned the new vehicle and asked for a refund for the dangerous vehicle they gave me, they said they could only give me $20… absolutely insane.
