I apologize i did not get her name however everyone was nice and the check in process was quick
I rented a car through priceline.com and purchased accident insurance also through them. When I arrived at Budget to pickup the car, the lady at the counter informed me that Budget would not accept the insurance I purchased through priceline.con and needed to purchase through them. I didn't want to purchase car insurance twice so I cancelled the reservation and rented a car through Hertz (Hertz did not have an issue with insurance purchased through priceline.com)
Chanelle, was very patient and did an amazing job at providing details during my reservation. She allowed my experience to be stress free, and quick!
