If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only was the lady rude, and condescending, they refused to allow me to complete my reservation, leaving me stranded. I reserved online and there was NOTHING in the policy about pickup by 5pm. My reservation was for 7pm. They are open past 5, just do not allow “walk in” meaning if I didn’t have a flight they wouldn’t offer me a vehicle. This rude lady called me at 3:30pm the day of my reservation to tell me. The rental company provided me with a car that had the service soon light on, which I noticed after driving 30-40 kilometers. Because of this issue, the cruise control was not working all the way. Additionally, I forgot my annual park pass hanging on the rear view mirror of the car. I called the rental company next morning to inquire about my park pass, they simply stated that they are not responsible for any personal belongings left in car. I was wondering where might it be???? We booked rental car and they agreed to pickup at 11 pm on July 10 and return date July 12 at 11. Just few hours before they changed everything and told us to pick up and drop off at 5 pm the latest otherwise they will charge extra. They changed policy within few hours. Do they understand that people have their own plans. My only fault is that I didn’t check review on website. Why they booked and send the confirmation with same time we have asked to pickup. Not happy with their service at all.
