We were stranded in Kamloops without a way to get home, and luckily budget still had cars available! Although the one way fee is astronomical, it was reasonable enough to get us to Kelowna. I appreciate Jenna’s help over the phone and organized info gathering at a very stressful time. Thanks ❤️

Paul provides excellent customer service and is always willing to go above and beyond for his costumers. I have been renting cars from this Budget for over a year every other week during work trips and Paul is consistently exceeding my expectations. Any time that I need support on a receipt, or if there is a big line and I need to get to the office, he is always there to make the rental process streamlined and efficient. I have never had a problem with this location and Paul is definitely the reason why.
