I had a car reserved in Vegas yesterday. I showed up and the guy started processing my car. All was going well until the end when I declined all the extra add on insurance. Then "Poof" the guy said my car was no longer available at that time. Just because I did not agree to pay for the extra insurance. I am looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit with State of Nevada and the FTC. Avoid Budget at all cost.

Female manager at front desk was Horrendously Rude, totally unprofessional, sarcastic, verbally abusive and vindictive! This person wasted almost 3 hours of my time, delaying the very long drive I had ahead of me and obviously throwing my schedule way off.
