If I could rate this place a negative I would please do your research and avoid booking. First of all I was told my booking was last minute the morning of then was told that the car id take was dirty I said okay thinking it would be noted I drove straight to my destination with no stops in less then 4 hrs it was returned and now I’m being billed for cleaning and damages when there was never a walk through and it was mentioned to that it was dirty but still driveable please check don’t book here it’s a scam.

First car I rented, the USB ports didn’t work. I took it back the next day and traded it for a different vehicle. The lady at the desk said it was obviously my cords that weren’t working. I told her they work just fine when I went to test them in my house. She then huffed and puffed and said that they check everything except the usb ports when checking in a vehicle. This location has too many excessive fees for location with no commercial passenger air service. Added fees of 10% (concession fees) as well as parking fees recently added by Airport Authority and requires a separate method of payment. Consumer beware. All photos attached taken in December 2025.

I had a car reserved in Vegas yesterday. I showed up and the guy started processing my car. All was going well until the end when I declined all the extra add on insurance. Then "Poof" the guy said my car was no longer available at that time. Just because I did not agree to pay for the extra insurance. I am looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit with State of Nevada and the FTC. Avoid Budget at all cost.
