Hello, I have had a U-Haul rental scheduled for 2 months now and my partner went to budget today to make sure everything was okay because of issues we’ve had in the past. They told him that they do not have the car dolly that we requested and we would have to drive all the way to Greenwood if we wanted the car dolly. We are moving across state and if we would’ve showed up to our agreed rental tomorrow at 9:30 to find this information out it would have been extremely inconvenient. Very easy location to rent from! Amy always makes sure I’m set to go and she always has the brightest smile when I come in. She makes the pick up very easy.
Terrible experience with Budget. Setup a car pickup for 12 pm at the Castleton, IN location. Online hours stated they were open until 3 pm. When I arrived at 12:04 pm I was told “you’re late; we’re closed”. Customer service told me I should have arrived at 11:59 am. Stranded on a busy road and my trip disrupted, all I got was attitude and blame; not even an acknowledgement that it was budgets scheduling system and incorrectly listed hours that caused this issue. Avoid.
