Very easy location to rent from! Amy always makes sure I’m set to go and she always has the brightest smile when I come in. She makes the pick up very easy.
Terrible experience with Budget. Setup a car pickup for 12 pm at the Castleton, IN location. Online hours stated they were open until 3 pm. When I arrived at 12:04 pm I was told “you’re late; we’re closed”. Customer service told me I should have arrived at 11:59 am. Stranded on a busy road and my trip disrupted, all I got was attitude and blame; not even an acknowledgement that it was budgets scheduling system and incorrectly listed hours that caused this issue. Avoid.
This was the worst car rental experience. Car booked at 1:30 - we arrive no one at the counter, customer service on the phone didn't help at all. Its 2:43 and someone walked up finally but no car ready they have to wash it first. Want a great way to waste time? - go to budget rental car
The truck experience was great along with the pricing, but I website ad, not the mobile site said anything or informed us about the insurance until RIGHT at the point of signing paperwork. Not cool in my book so they lost a star. I still would recommend them for 12' trucks!
