Worst experience in my life. The woman Budget employee was very rude at the airport. I not going in to detail but nothing was the way it was supposed to be. I made the reservation online and then called customer service three more times just to confirm that everything was perfect and in order. What happened was I got stranded in Knoxville Tennessee airport and was treated disrespectful by the employees there. The most AWFUL place I have ever dealt with!! My mom went to rent a car today and was turned down because of some report supposedly. She’s rented from this specific location 3x this year as recently as 2 months ago and NEVER had an issue. So much for rewarding loyal customers. The employee was rude hostile and condescending. I’m glad she called me I immediately took her to Enterprise and picked up a beautiful SUV

By far the worst experience I have had renting a vehicle. Dilapidated building with falling ceiling tiles, rude, obnoxious staff, dirty vehicle that had dents all over it and had been smoked in. They refused to walk outside and look at it and refused to allow me to switch to another vehicle. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to one of the others!

RUN AWAY. Spent the entire day on the phone for damage that was preexisting. Please don’t try and save money, use a company that has some form of customer service care. Take photos of everything, including the mushrooms growing inside the truck from multiple leaks.
