Was told truck was fueled and ready to go. The truck was not fueled. I spent 81$ extra because I trusted instead of verifying. I called customer service. No help. The locations blamed each other. This location did help me back out as it was tucked tight among other trucks.
HORRIBLE! All of the rental places suck, this one more than most. Maybe just get someone to answer a call and you will be a step better. I know it is a lot to ask considering I am paying you but hey sign of the times.
This location was absolutely amazing to work with. I rented a car from 9 hours away. Had some issues with the car and needed to swap it out. With In minutes they had me taken care of. I called multiple locations and this is the only one I got a human on the line. That alone got them 4 stars alone.
