There wasn't even a person at the airport desk; when I asked about my scheduled rental at the Avis desk, I was referred to a different location from the airport I was in. Went out of my way to get there and again no one even in the other location. Almost left to see the rep flying in through the front door to then be told they didn't have a rental going where I was going. Booked Suv almost 2 months before trip since I had 2 adults and 2 small children. When arrived at the counter 11/21/2025 at 9:40pm to check in waited over an hour to try and I emphasize on try to get a rental car. When it was my turn they said they only had 1 pickup truck to rent which wouldn't have worked. I was told I could wait 20 minutes and they could get me a car but they closed at 11pm. Avoid unless you have an hour to waste If you are in a rush or just want to get to your hotel after a flight, do not rent from this Budget location. I stood in line for a full hour because there was literally only one person working the front desk during a busy time. It is ridiculous that a major rental company at an international airport would operate with a single employee. The wait was exhausting and unnecessary. I reserved a 7-seater and was given a vehicle that only seated six. My daughter literally had to sit on the floor because there wasn’t enough room. Completely unsafe. Then it rained, and the car started having engine and electrical issues. We were nowhere near a Budget location, so we had to park it at our hotel because it didn’t feel safe to drive.
