Unhappy as I had to switch electric car because I could not return it to another airport.
Excellent service on 9/13/26 with Daniel, at the SNA airport Budget counter. His positive attitude and ability to solve issues with my rental were greatly appreciated. I could tell Daniel was a real pro, since he was training another man named, Daniel that day. I will go back to Budget again on my next trip, since my experience was outstanding - all because of Daniel. He's a gem of a worker.
Great service and location. Easy pick up and drop off.
