I reserved and paid for my rental 3 months in advance of my vacation. When we got to the desk, we were told there were no vehicles and it would be 15 minutes, they’re just waiting on one to be cleaned. Fine. Next customer walks up and suddenly the wait time is an hour. I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately that’s not possible. I clearly said I did NOT need any extra insurance because I already had coverage, yet Budget still charged me for it. This feels like a scam. Be very careful with anything they ask you to sign. They may add charges you never agreed to and make you sign for them without properly explaining it.

Terrible service, very long wait time. Not enough space outside and they don’t let you inside unless being helped. Would not recommend or use ever again.
