If you fly to SLC, do not use Budget to rent a vehicle at the airport. There was one person working and 30 people in line. The car, which we reserved ahead of time, was not available when we arrived and we had to wait an hour for a car. They did not offer us an upgrade for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, the Hertz next door had 3 people working and 2 people in line. Rent a car from Hertz.
I have absolutely no complaints against the lady that assisted us. The issue we came across does not necessarily involve her. She was understanding and helped us. My complaint is that we rented a 7-passenger mini van. The black Chrysler Voyager had NO tire thread. The front two tires were basically bald. The coolant was also empty. If you are renting a vehicle from here, inspect your vehicle prior to signing anything over!!!
