Do not use this company. Went on a trip and reserved a car with 7 seats. They gave us a car with 6 seat belts but fit 7 people very uncomfortably. Didn’t find out about the seatbelt situation until it was too late. Management at budget said customer service will give me a discount or refund bc it was wrong in the system that it was a 7 seater. Customer service said in their system it says 7 so nothing they can do. I will be looking into getting a lawyer since they don’t see that they put anyone in harms way or did no wrong.
Because they changed my bank account for service I didn't know about. But My Daughter is working on getting my money All Back.
