Everytime I book a car here they call when I've already paid for a Uber. Talking about they aint got no cars. At this point get more or update the system.

We received the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We rent cars all the time but first time using budget. We rented a car for $300 and when we went to pick up they said the best they could do was $900. We ended up walking away without a car after trying to find a solution for over an hour.
