I often rent with Budget, but first time at this location. I usually don’t write reviews but this experience has been so bad that a review is warranted. About 40 minutes before pickup of a confirmed and prepaid reservation they called to say they don’t have cars available for the pickup time and don’t know when something would be available. Very rude representative, did not want to help in any way. Stay away from this location. I should have checked the reviews prior. Looks like it wasn’t just a bad day but a total lack of management.

Surprise… no car available. Said they tried calling but clearly not much of an effort was made. An email would have worked too. You get what you pay for.

Last visit was terrible. I booked online for a full tank rental and when I arrived my vehicle was only half full. Spoke to Rey and Johnathan and they weren’t interested in giving me the vehicle I pre-ordered with full tank of fuel. My options were to take the half-empty tank, go somewhere else or take dirty damaged vehicle. I was running late so I took the damage vehicle (proper notation added to contract) when I returned it I received an email from Budget to pay for repairs.
