Même si la société ne vaut rien je n’ai pas le choix de mettre 1 étoile. L’homme âgé qui accueille les clients est hyper désagréable, ne sait pas trouver une simple réservation sur un ordinateur. Premier jour de location, les niveaux n’ont pas été fait sur le véhicule et celui-ci est tombé en panne en plein désert. Au retour de la location, le même homme âgé à cherché à nous faire payer un plein d’essence alors que celui-ci a été fait 15 minutes avant de rendre le véhicule. DO NOT EXTEND YOUR RENTAL AT BUDGET. They do not honor the day rate in your contract, they double it or more. I will not be renting from Budget anymore.
