Reliable, well‑run Budget location with clean cars and an easy pickup/drop‑off process. I’ve been renting here regularly since moving to the area, and the vehicles are always well maintained. They usually have a large variety of cars across Budget’s different classes, so it’s easy to find something that fits the trip. TONY is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience simple and streamlined.
This.is a response to Ms. Estrada’s review below. In response to your review, I am sorry you felt this way, but I respectfully disagree with your statement. When you first walked into our office the car you ordered was not available, so I offered you a free upgrade from the economy car you ordered to an SUV. I gave you a full tank of gas with a contract that gave you unlimited miles. I have been dealing with Tony and Elizabeth here at Budget in Studio City for years. I also represent studio rentals for a number of studios. It's nice that they are open 7 days a week in their Studio City location, which is helpful and on the rare occasions when they didn't have the car I ordered they were able to offer free upgrades. I wouldn't trust anyone else with car rental arrangements. Thank you guys!
If zero stars was an option I would give it that. Not only was the location absolutely disgusting and dirty but the person there working was unfriendly And unhelpful. The car I was put in had a horrible sound when you accelerated. I didn’t even drive it off the lot and the mileage was incorrect from what the man told me.
