My review got deleted. This place tried to tell me my Chime VISA debit card was a pre-paid card which it is not and I have several savings accounts with them as well. They have wonderful perks. Well this place is not educated and deleted my earlier review showing that Chime is in fact an FDIC insured financial institution and NOT pre-paid and I included the screen shot to educate this ride owner (from the unprofessional responsesto other valid and bad reviews). Had a 9am reservation here. Got here early and they said the van was “in transit”. Over an hour later, sitting in WalMart, the vehicle arrived, well after the reservation time. Go to a “real” location that has the vehicles on site.
When I rented the car, they asked if I wanted their Tolltag package or if I wanted to use my own. I opted to use my own. I tried many times to add the car to my tolltag, but was unable to. I went back to Avis and they said the previous person renting probably had it under their account, and I should call NTTA directly. So I took MORE time out of my life to call, and turns out the car is under a corporate account— Avis. So unless Avis removes the tolltag, I won’t be able to add it. Update: Went to enterprise in the front instead and got a nice car for even cheaper! Took less than 5 minutes and they were very nice! They state on the customer service line that they only require an ID, insurance and the card you are paying for. Got there and tried to use my debit and they asked for bank statements and also ran a credit screening on us before we were told that was going to be ran. Just pay extra and go to enterprise.
