This location consistently never picks up the phone. They say it is because they are busy, but when I say never, I mean never. I’ve tried so many times, at different times of the day — makes no difference. They ignore all calls, expecting the international call center to do everything, but sometimes you need to contact the location itself.
From my experience the people behind the counter at this location are not friendly or welcoming in the least bit. You can hardly speak with someone via the phone, and when I went in for my last visit back in March the guy I was dealing with upon returning the vehicle was very combative all because I asked for a printed receipt and didn’t feel comfortable just handing him the keys and leaving without anything.
