Avoid this place! I had the worst experience. I booked a car online, my reservation was confirmed, and I was even able to complete the online check-in. The location was supposed to close at 6:00 PM. I had reserved the car for 5:30 PM, and everything was confirmed. I arrived just before 5:30 PM, only to be told by the employee that there were no cars available and that I would have to come back the next day at noon. The website let me book the car specified and I went there to be told they don’t have any cars available. If you don’t have cars available, don’t let people book and show up!
At the point of returning the car, the old lady forced me to put an insurance claim against an already damaged windshield crack which wasn’t made note of when collecting. Took a picture before driving out but refused to accept it even with a timestamp. Please ensure all damages are made note of and marked before leaving the office. Rented a multiple times from here. Will never come back. She seems to like scamming customers.
Messi and Tom provide the most outstanding service. They were so incredibly helpful when I had an issue with my reservation and was not able to solve it on my own. On top of being solution-oriented and providing exceptional customer service, they were both kind, compassionate, and friendly! I’ll go back to this location anytime!
I would highly encourage you to rent a car from a different location based on the complete lack of professionalism at this one. My reasoning is listed below.
