Excellent service. Location is difficult to enter and exit, depending upon the direction you are traveling.
This is Avis/Budget Car Rental, not Budget Brakes.
Tends to be cheaper than the competition but prepare for a long wait when picking up and dropping off the car. Even with six people working at the counter it took us about two hours to get a car.
Office is not at 336 58th, Go across the street.
Staff was helpful and fast despite a system outage. Got me a car fast and return was just as easy. You do have to shuttle bus to all rental cars at the airport unfortunately.
NIGHTMARE!!! Budget employee documents pre-existing damage to windshield! And accepts at turn-in. Now 1 month later CHARGE $577...and say too bad, should have saved paperwork. Do NOT rent at Budget!!
