we rent car from this location 2 times first time it was amazing experience thats the reason we came back to rent from them but this time that old lady on desk named monica was rude and was giving comment on my partner name that why she dont have last name that doesnt make sense, she dont have any right to do this because its jone of her business. office manager or owner should look on this matter as most of reviews are for her bad attitude.

As i read other people reviews, we had encounter Monica when returning the car. She was very rude. It's crazy how many people post a bad reviews about her and she stills works here. What is the point of us writing these reviews when you guys don't take actions. Oh well it's seems like, this company doesn't care about these review I guess. Over priced. Very unfriendly lady works there. Won’t use Budget again.
Total B.S. Terrible service. Canceled my 26ft Truck 9 minutes before I was schedule for pickup. Had reservations for 2 weeks. :(
