Called us on the day of traveling that they couldn’t give us a vehicle after we pre paid for a car through budget. Terrible customer service.
Against my better judgement after reading the reviews of this location I made a reservation about two weeks in advance, paid for it and did the early check in. I arrive right on time, 10 am, to pick up my car. The gentleman at desk was pathetic at best, very non challant with an I don't care attitude. He didn't have my reserved car, didn't know when one would be available and I was free to wait around. When asked why my car wasn't available he replied they have not arrived yet from the airport. Friendly and they were fast had everything ready in and out with rental car in 5 minutes send agreement to my email
