I come from Belgium and it was really nice service The service was really great. The person's name was Marco, and he did a fantastic job helping me with the process. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the return, and they weren't able to fix it, so I had to return the car to the same dealership, which made things a little complicated for me. But if I need I go at this Budget because Marco really looked into every possible way to help me 🫡👌

Marcus provided exceptional and phenomenal customer service. He is a true gem. He was incredibly helpful, Extremely professional, & amazingly friendly. I will rent here every single time. That’s was the best experience I’ve had renting a car by far.

On a road trip my car had mechanical problems and the st. Augustine location (walmart) with no real notice was able to set me up with a rental si I was able to continue my trip. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at Avis with a gentleman name Marcus. He was great at explaining the rates and insurance information since I had so many questions. There was an irate customer at the counter at the same time I was and Marcus handled it accordingly and calmed the gentleman down all while continuing to rent me my vehicle with a smile on his face. I will definitely recommend Avis inside Walmart!
