I went to pick up my rental reservation that I place online months prior. Much to my surprise, they didn't have a reservation for me. Come to find out, I booked the wrong dates. Even though it way my mistake, Stetson went about and beyond to help remedy the situation and get me in a rental. I highly recommend this location. He literally saved our trip!
I called every rental place in the area for a pickup truck and found one at Walmart. During our conversation the guy was talking to someone walking by. When I told him I wanted to go ahead and reserve the truck he asked me to hold for a minute. Ten minutes later I gave up and hung up. I called back 8 times over the next hour and every time my call went to the national reservation center where this Budget office showed no pickup truck available.
