London is amazing! She can always fix any issues we have! From the reservation needing changed to needing a different due to them needing maintenance. Want a particular "luxury" vehicle shes your girl to get it! (North Hills location)

Not a reliable place to rent a car. I had a reservation for 3PM and on reaching the store, the store was closed. What is the point is making reservation online and paying upfront, if I could not get the vehicle rented on agreed time. Now I have invest energy on getting a refund of my payment.

I was a bit worried when reserving here because of all of the bad reviews. I guess people only write reviews anymore when they're either really good or really bad. Paid for a full size car and when we arrived we were given a Nissan Rogue SUV. Generally SUVs are more expensive so we were pleased and it worked out because there was lots of leg room for a 10hr drive to North Carolina. No issues, was quick and easy. Would rent from this location again.

Do not ever rent a car from budget rental the have the most irresponsible employees ever I rented a car from them and they stole my deposit from me and blamed it on a computer mistake but it’s a employee mistake companies can not be allowed to keep customers money for no reason please do not rent from budget car rental

With rental cars being scarce, London (who is absolutely amazing) was able to provide me with a reservation last minute and saved the day for an upcoming work trip I had planned. London was so organized, professional and FUN! I had such a great time chatting with her while picking up/dropping off the rental. I highly recommend working with London for all of your rental car needs!!
