Very efficient and friendly staff Remember if you rent a car they provide pick up and drop off to your hotel Car was spotless clean when I picked up Paperwork was easy to complete
They came through when the other rental place that we booked a month in advance canceled on us last minute. Their pricing was better as well.
Quick and easy rental. The car I rented had a very strong cigarette smell car, had fabric seats, was very hot day the weather made it worse I think. Smell was very sickening, had to keep the windows down for the whole trip to Calgary and back.
$750 deposit for a two-day rental is outrageous. So is forcing me to give a secondary contact in case I steal the car. Understandable I guess given the high Indigenous population in these parts? I’m glad you refused to rent to me after I expressed my frustrations, happy to go elsewhere.
