Desk guy was on the phone the whole time we were there to pick up the car. Car was not properly cleaned. Called the number when plans changed and were given alternate drop-off plans and reassured there wouldn’t be any additional charges. Once billed, our bill was $400 more due to those changed plans after being reassured on the phone there wouldn’t be any additional charges. Terrible service front to back.
