Their phone number doesn't work. So there's no way to call them for customer service. You have to go in person.

Budgets not exactly known for their customer service, but this is even worse than their normal low scores. Surly employees, no inventory and I spent an hour waiting for a car after I had prepaid. Not to mention, I didn’t get the kind of car that I had asked for. No one helping customers in the lot and employees that scream at you if you do ask a question. Desk guy was on the phone the whole time we were there to pick up the car. Car was not properly cleaned. Called the number when plans changed and were given alternate drop-off plans and reassured there wouldn’t be any additional charges. Once billed, our bill was $400 more due to those changed plans after being reassured on the phone there wouldn’t be any additional charges. Terrible service front to back.
