Very professional people and very nice!!!
Your typical car rental place. They tried to add on fees for a second driver but if you look at Budgets fine print if its business (and under a business account) or if you're a family member the fees do not apply....
To quote Seinfeld..." you can take the reservation... but can you hold it" your reservation mean nothing... they will give you whatever car they want and claim "we have nothing else." They blame other renters for not bringing cars back.... pay a little more and visit another counter...
Zero stars... if I could do less I would. I rented a car out for Fresno Airport after landing from Oklahoma. Rental was for a week. two days in maintenance light came on, next morning the car when in limp mode and wouldn't go over 40mph... got ahold of customer service and they directed me to the nearest rental location Bakersfield... upon arriving to said location, it was closed.... so located another location across town, the airport. Then was refused a swap even after give them the authorization code give by the customer ... read more
