Have been here twice recently and both times reminded me of how things "used" to be, or still are in some places..... The lady at the counter (I believe her name is Bre) was extremely nice and went out of her way to make sure the process was smooth, and really made for a great beginning of my trips..... Highly recommend......
To quote Seinfeld..." you can take the reservation... but can you hold it" your reservations mean nothing... they will give you whatever car they want and claim "we have nothing else." They blame other renters for not bringing cars back.... pay a little more and visit another counter...
This is more a review about the whole budget enterprise, not just this location. Undisclosed fees, trying to double charge, bad customer service. I do not recommend.
I’ve rented a vehicle from here on a few occasions and I’ve had two instances where they charge me for fuel when I have returned it full. Both times I had to call to get a refund but I wonder how many people they are stealing from. Avoid renting here
Really bizarre experience. I arrived just in time for my reservation and walked up to the counter where there was only one employee sitting, playing on their phone. I said hello and stated that I was there to pick up a rental car from Budget. The employee practically rolled their eyes at me and said rudely to "go to the Budget counter for help then."
