Have received multiple charges since dropping a truck off at this location two weeks ago.One of them being a $60 charge for one gallon of gas, and another that was $80 for one toll. No itemized receipts. Stay away from this scam of a business
Reserved a 16' truck for moving months in advance and arrived to have no 16' trucks available. No options for obtaining another truck of the same size. They claim the reservation made is not a guarantee of availability. They refuse to refund us appropriately for the experience. No accountability from customer service or the fleet manager.
