Picked up the van we rented from them, filthy on the inside. I took pictures and tried calling the office for 2 days to report this. No one answers the phone. We had the car for 1 day and it started sending the alert that it needs an oil change. Not happy with this experience so far.

Main Customer service line is unable to contact them. Took me a few hours to finally catch someone to answer the phone. They'd failed to check in my car when I brought keys back, which delayed my expense report. Get them to check the car in and get a receipt! Thanks to Kerry for sorting it out and cleaning up the mess.

Today (2/13/2025) I picked up the most disgustingly dirty rental Toyota Corolla from Budget Car Rental at the Chattanooga Airport location. Outside was clean. The inside was a disaster. Food remains all over the interior of the car. Windshield so dirty on the inside I had to stop and clean it. Front and back seats have water stains - hate to think what this might be from. Terrible terrible terrible. I will be in contact with the local Budget office for a rate reduction - you can count on it.

The reservation was made through Priceline and specified that this would be a one way booking with the pickup in Nashville and drop off in Chattanooga. I was charged an additional fee for picking the car 2 hours early. Then we called to extend the time of drop off, to which we were charged another additional fees. Then when we dropped off the car, they charged us an additional $300 fee that was not in the original contract, nor was it agreed upon over the phone when we extended the time.
