Great customer service
Easy check-in but the car wasn't all that clean.
The Budget Company, singular owned by the original Budget Car Rental Company in Amarillo Texas, was above reproach! They came through when no one else could. I needed a one way rental for a total 14 hour drive. The Employees there are professional and they care. If you're going to Amarillo, rent from them. If you're going anywhere else, rent from Avis & the Budget Car Group.
Great at answering phones .. open super early. My plane was delayed 4 hours arrived at 3.45 am and had my vehicle waiting thank you for your great service.. Highly recommend
