Their poor service and unprofessionalism is unbearable. They never have the car requested, you always have to wait or even worst, if you don’t pre-pay your reservation is very likely they will “sold out” and ruin all your plans. I’m surprised they remain in service; perhaps for the unaware visitors at the hotel next to them.
Wouldn’t rent from this place again if they paid me …
Horrible service and signage to find the place (hint: its not actually at the Days Inn as claimed). They allowed me to book a car at 6PM, little did I know, they close their offices at 6:01. I arrived at 6, but unfortunately did not find my way through the maze to their office on time, and their staff refused service.
No after hours dropoff and they won't have the car you reserved
NEVER RENT FROM HERE. Both times we went they don’t have cars available and we are told to just sit and wait. There were two parties ahead of us that also had to wait for a car. There is no organization method here and the service was bad. Corporate needs to figure out a way to have cars available when we rent it.
