Reserved a Toyota Crown three days in advance, but upon arrival, only a hybrid Jeep was available due to overbooking. The receptionist was unhelpful, didn’t check other locations, and offered no alternatives. She didn’t know the Jeep’s MPG, which was important to us. The Jeep had a broken windshield wiper, making driving unsafe, and poor fuel efficiency. Return process was cold and dismissive, with no acknowledgment of issues raised. Overall, very disappointing experience, I would not return.
The main lady at the front desk was really rude, didn't want to accept my online reservation, and said she takes walk-ins only. I asked why she won't accept my online reservation because it's too cheap, $60, she wanted to charge me $110. Smh. And she walked away and said she refused.
I was in a bind on Monday when my car died in Bakersfield and needed a car. I was directed to Enterprise first which is my go to, but they didn't have a car that would fit 5 people, so I had to go to Budget. Customer service on the phone to reserve the car was already a pain. I arrived at this place to pick up my rental and I was not provided a walk through, pre inspection of the car or anything like that. The lady was kind of rude too.
