If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Just like all of the other stories on here, the lady at the front desk, with overdrawn lipstick and the short black hair told me and my husband that we could return the car to the airport and not at the budget location off of Wilbur Road and she lied because when we came to turn it into the airport BEFORE 10am they charged us $150 even though that’s where she told us we could drop it off. Story time, had a reservation to pick up an Expedition came in on time to pick it up. Upon picking it up the lady at the front desk with the overdrawn lipstick dark black bob and glasses says sorry you used paypal we only accept card, mind you I booked through their website, I said ok just transfer the payment method to my credit card which I had in my hand . Good place
The worst customer service ever! The lady in the place has really bad bad bad service.
When all customers waiting, the lady in the counter just told everyone: " I am going for lunch, please wait until my lunch is finished", then everyone is waiting for her. When customer asked a question, she doesn't show the face, just answer it from the back room. That lady is a horrible customer service person in the entire history i live in this country, and this looks REALLY bad for this company and this location. I WILL NEVER EVEN go to this location, even they offer me FREE rental.
