Muy mala experiencia. Elegimos un Tesla para alquilar y pagamos 50 dólares más por día qué un auto común, cuando llegamos no tenían el modelo y en su lugar nos dieron un Chevrolet Malibu que hubiese salido 2/3 de lo que pagamos. Nos aumentaron el precio del seguro, siendo 20 dólares extra de lo que decía la pagina. No solo eso si no cuando lleguo el recibo final nos terminaron cobrando 300 dólares por un alquiler de 2 días. I rented a car at the Pittsburgh Airport. When I went to get the car, it had a big scratch down the side. I took pictures and filled out the paperwork, stating it had a scratch, and gave it to the agent. He said they knew about it and that it was already documented. Three months later, they claimed I did the damage, but I had the pictures and sent them to the Budget rep. Budget said everything was resolved and was closed. I was promised a car this afternoon and never had one delivered. I attempted to pay through Zelle and two times on PayPal and nothing worked. The customer service was inept and totally deplorable!!

Made reservation for Thanksgiving Day They did not have *any* cars available upon arrival for myself and several other customers that had reservations. Find another rental company that actually honors their reservation system.
