You need a car in Erie. The rental is conveniently situated at the airport.
Writing this review as a huge shout out to, Jamie. She went above and beyond our, or anyone’s expectations a few days ago. Storm rolled in canceling flights and no car rentals available. Jamie somehow made some magic happen and was able to get us a car when we had no hope of getting one. Did I also mention she did this as she was locking up to leave for the day? Customer service 100/100 with her. Polite, helpful, and a hero….just a true human helping other human in distress moment
The Young looking lady that works the evening shift is so accommodating. Never have a REAL problem when she’s working. Goes above and beyond and I always leave with a smile!
They don’t give you all the information you need online. I needed a car while mine is being worked on and they NEGLECTED to tell me anything about a credit check while I wasted an hour and a half out of my day and couldn’t even do what I needed to. Thanks budget for not a damn thing.
