Employees were kind, professional, and helpful. Picking up my vehicle took maybe 5 minutes at the most. The vehicle was great, dependable and comfortable for a long trip. The suv was immaculately clean as well. No surprise charges, super easy process all around.

3 different locations and no cars available and very rude customer service. I called corporate and they said there should be a vehicle available and I scheduled a pickup for that time and the same rude guy calls me back and tells me nothing is avaible again. Do not recommend this company go with anyone else. Been on the phone off and on with them for 3 hours and already paid for a car.

I had a terrible experience with Budget Car Rental and would not recommend them to anyone. We rented a car for a trip, only to have it break down on the highway—not once, but twice! The first time, we managed to get help and thought it was just bad luck. But after the second breakdown, we were completely stranded, 2.5 hours away from home.
