Last month I booked a car with them and picked up next hour. This week I booked SUV and received confirmation and one day before pick up right before they close at 5:57 PM. They called to say the vehicle was not booked because it was reserved within 24 hours which never happened before and really doesn't make any sense. I always book the night before but because I changed the time from 12 PM to 8 AM. They called me and said reservation didn't go through. Got there to pick up my car, they did not have the car i reserved and had a mini van. that was my only option. They took my money immediately and then told me it would take 3-5 days to get my money back! absolutely ridiculous. their website needs to have what vehicles they have available period. that is false advertisement period. Now i can't even get another rental and i am out of state. Complete worst place. They were rude, and not helpful at all
If i could give this location zero stars I would. I’ve rented from this location before and had no issues. This most recent time, the manager wasn’t very helpful and was very rude. The car I was given drove fine but wasn’t the cleanest when i received it. Overall i had a very poor experience and would not recommended. Do yourself a favor and go to the Enterprise on a Union Centre Blvd. The prices are comparable and customer service is 1000x better.
Do not rent from this guy! I had a reservation yet there were no cars available. He refused to help find a car. His customer service skills are the worst. From speaking with corporate, he should’ve indicated that on his end instead of letting a reservation be made. As a result of his poor management, I don’t have a rental for holiday travel. There are a lot of options in the area. Avoid this store for sure!!
