Juan got us on the road in a nice vehicle and was very patient with everybody even though there was a huge line. He really came through for all of us stranded by American Airlines
Avoid this location at all costs. They didn’t honor almost any part of my reservation, including failing to provide an infant car seat necessary to drive our newborn. Instead, they gave us a filthy and smelly car we didn’t want (claiming it was the only one available), and constantly lied about various things (they said we reserved a large child seat - we called customer service who confirmed we reserved the correct infant seat; they said they did not have our phone number to let us know our car was no longer available, only... read more
The owner is extremely unprofessional and hostile. Do not come here!
The worst Budget ever. I requested an electric car, got an old pick up. In addition when i got the car noone checked millage or gas tank. I got the tank 3/4 and i returend 3/4 of the tank. They charged me an additional $100 for gas in my credit card. I WILL NEVER EVER REnt at that store again. Please listen to me they are crooks.
Unprofessional place. MARIA doesn't even know the price of the rentals. Unbelievable. Every time i call there are no cars available.
