DON'T PREPAY!!!!!!!!! -1 STAR Budget's national Customer Service hung up on me. Need to rent a car again next week, Enterprise here I come. I read the reviews, you bunch of cry babies. It went fine for me. The guy who works there is super easy gioing. Car was clean, not spotless but it was good. You gotta appreciate a man that can look at a horse and strap a saddle on it.

My husband and I were stuck in Miami due to a blizzard. We were so worried about getting home due to flights being cancelled for a week+. The customer service at Budget/Avis car rental was excellent. The staff was positive, helpful, and efficient. Digant, one of the employees, helped us quickly and efficiently. We were surprised and grateful for the help and experience!
