I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory experience I had at the Budget Car Rental location at 999 Route 25A, Stony Brook, New York, involving one of your employees named Carlos. Avoid this car rental place at all costs , especially if you’re dealing with CARLOS, He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. He lied about the fuel level, claiming the tank was full when it wasn’t, and tried to scam me by saying I’d be charged $200 because the car was “dirty.” while he gave me the car a messy.
