Had to rent a car for a week due to mine being in the shop. The gentleman at the front was super nice. They set me up in a new Toyota Corolla. It was a clean and comfortable ride. The check in process was quick and easy. The return process even easier. I’ll be going back for any future car rentals.
My husband and I had to take an Uber to this location. Once we were there they were able to upgrade our ride and get us rolling after having quite an ordeal. Gentlemen were super nice and very helpful.
Had a vehicle booked months ago, paid for it, then when I got up there the day before our departure to pick up they say I have to have a certain credit score and they cannot rent me the vehicle so then have to wait 5 to 8 buisness days to get a refund and now im having to spend another $1,000 to get another car threw enterprise. So don't waste your time with this place dude is rude as hell also.
