Excellent location professionally staffed. Car was rental car clean, staff was very friendly.
I would give zero stars if I could. Vehicle was reserved months in advance and paid for. Showed up to pick up and they told me I could not get the car because they would not accept my card for the deposit. It states online that debit cards can be used. Beware of this place and do not go. Had to cancel the reservation completely. Will not used budget again.
This is the best car rental place I've ever dealt with!!! I will only use them when leaving or arriving from Knoxville!!! They always give you the best deals and aren't out to rip you off in ANY way. Ask for Sam, he's great to deal with, as I am sure any other employees are has well. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!! 10 out of 10!!!
The guys that manage this store are very understanding, friendly and know what good service is. We use them often
