I normally rent whenever I travel more than 100 miles from the house as just anything can happen on the road. Being in your personal vehicle one has to pay out of pocket plus a stay and most importantly lost time as many car rentals around my Number 1 is Budget but I go to the neighborhood one on Clinton highway in Knoxville TN the service, professional attitude to what your needing and they welcome you like one should

Highly recommend renting from Budget (specifically the Clinton Hwy location). The customer service rep was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with pick up and return. They also have the best pricing (which is what originally made me choose them but now for many more reasons). I rented a midsize SUV and got a Dodge Hornet in which I had never heard of before but absolutely fell in love with, so much I now want to buy one. Very sleek, nice looking SUV.
