Sam and Fred has gone above and beyond customer service care to help me with my car rental. Since, April 12,2007 they both have provided me with excellent care.
Owner is very disrespectful. Went to rent a car, he said "do you see any available?" Well sir, at Enterprise, they can pull cars from location to location and you may have had one coming in. But no, you chose to be a smart ass. So no longer will this company be a choice. No cars were in sight he was correct, only a jerk in the building. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
Budget Car Rental on Clinton Hwy. is a great place to rent a car. The gentleman was friendly, to the point and they are transparent about their terms and expectations of you, the renter. I made an extra effort to clean the interior before returning the car and my efforts did not go unnoticed. He was very grateful and offered me a cup of coffee. Great experience. Will rent here in the future.
Professional and went the extra mile for us. I will rent from them again.
