The front desk manager at this Budget Koreatown location is a total disaster. He is a bully, who is incredibly rude and nasty… we had to u-turn and go to another car rental. Shame on you Budget for hiring someone like this who doesn’t care about customer service and trashes the company’s image!!! We have been a long time client. The LAX one is great, but not this one in Koreatown. Avoid at all cost!
