We are at a stoplight. The light turns green we are in no rush . But another car honks there horn. We turn left at the light . We get up to 40mph and your budget car slams on there breaks and comes to a complete stop in the middle of the road. It was most definitely a worker I have a picture of the car number. Not cool my wife’s pregnant and you have someone trying to cause a wreck driving the car.

The Tesla I rented never was cleaned - probably several renters before me without a cleaning. Smudges all over the glass, receipts left from prior renters, filthy exterior - best of all the ceiling liner is falling off. Definitely should have seen all this coming with their name "Budget". First time and probably last time I will use Budget. I usually rent from Enterprise and have never had an issue - maybe my expectations are too high to request a somewhat clean car?

This location keeps their phone off the hook so they don't have to answer calls. It takes forever to pick up a car even if you are a Fastbreak member. Employees in the garage have no customer service skills. We have been Budget customers for years but this location is terrible. We try to rent from the Broken Arrow location if at all possible because of their customer service.

Bait-and-switch. First and last time renting from Budget. First of all, reserved a Tesla and was offered a midsize SUV (Mitsubishi Eclipse) at check in. Was told that it was an “upgrade” because “people don’t want to rent EVs”. Not sure how that makes sense that a $25000 car (Eclipse) is an “ungrade” from a $50000 car. I then checked current rental rates at Budget for that location and price for Tesla rental is higher than for Eclipse. I refused the “upgrade” and had to wait outside in the cold for the car to be cleaned even... read more
