The Budget “FAST” break line. Yet the rental counter had no line. I should’ve just not made a reservation!
I will recommend you go sto a different car rental after my experience. Long lines but staff was friendly. Wasn’t a holiday even , with pre rental booking ahead of time, multiple fees after car was checked and cleared by staff. Problems reported to corporate with service , fees . (Were checking into it - response July 7) no response and it’s sept 6x. Poor customer service.
Gotta give some 5 star love to TUL Budget. We braces for a bad experience given the low rating but it was super fast, easy, and friendly. Recommend!
Please check your rental car before you drive. I am still battling this company for charging my credit card to pay for a damage. They gave me a Camry with a broken tail light and blame me for the damage. I saw the damages after I drove it out of the garage and immediately brought it back for a replacement in less than an hour. I show the lady at the garage booth the damages and she agreed the car was not safe to drive. She gave me another car as a replacement.
