I rented the Badlands edition Ford Bronco. It was awesome! Check in and return was super easy! I even had to extend my rental a day because my original flight was canceled, and that was a simple process as well. I would absolutely rental from here again if I come back to this area.
The car wound up being okay for what I needed it for. I didnt get the car I had reserved,because it wasn't at any budgets or avis', anywhere near us. I wound up with a jeep compass and it had barely enough room for the needed trip. The car was packed to the gills. It worked though. I drove to north carolina and back. The car took the west virginia, virginia, and north carolina mountains, and hills with stride. The car acted strange a few times and it did speed up immensely by itself. This is the worst rental location ever that I have been because whenever I go there they do have cars, but they still keep telling that they won’t be able to give car. I keep seeing people coming and just take the cars even the walk-in customers get the cars, but I book it but still I don’t get the car. They just keep telling that same day if you book the car, they won’t be able to give you the car. I don’t know, and the staff there they literally sleep and talk to customers there’s a person there. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET AT THIS LOCATION! Fun story. My wife makes a reservation for us a car for a trip that we were supposed to pick up Friday 7/3. She shows up to get a car. Gets told they don’t do same day rentals. Uhhhh what? This is an airport. Ummm whatever. Despite her ubering both directions and being charged they tell us come back tomorrow 7/4. We call corporate and they agree to reimburse uber charges and such. They confirm TWICE on a recorded line that they will have the car we booked at 8am. So we just got here ... read more
