I frequently rent from budget /avis at the airport. They always have the vehicles I select. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and professional. I haven't had any issues here. Thank you!
I never even made it to pick up the car. I was having some car issues and I was in the area and I use my car for work. So I was like OK I'll rent a car for the day. Reserved and prepaid for vehicle of my choice 2 months in advance with pickup at Dayton OH Airport. Waited well over an hour in line after plane landed due to “tech issues”. This prevented anyone from Fast Break service and 3 polite professionals did what they could to provide service without corporate company support. Reserved a minivan from them, showed up and they told us they sold out and could only get us a 12 passenger van…Now driving said 12 passenger van 8 hours across the country. Van also has only one working turn signal and sounds awful to drive any speed above 45mph. Horrible experience.
I have rented with Budget at DAY a few times now. They are one of the best locations for sure! Always quick and efficient getting in and out. The staff has always been friendly as well.
