When I reserved my car for $44 a day for the first day I was told if I need to extend it would be $40 a day. So my car was being worked on for the second day and I called to extend and they said $103 a day. Asked for corporate number and they just hung up. Called back and they still wouldn’t help with corporate number.This is not the company for me.

Make sure to use your credit card not your wife’s credit card or they will not let you rent the car. Even though it lets you book it that way on the app.
It was easy to rent the car. I didn't know they changed things at the airport since I haven't rented in a few years, but pick up was simple. There was an issue with the car and it had no oil at all when I got to my destination. I was not comfortable riding an hour in a tow truck to a big city airport I've never been to in order to pick up another truck, so they gave me the option to be reimbursed for oil that I put in it. Reserved a 7 passenger van 9 months prior to vacation. Arrive to pick up the vehicle and was given a 5 passenger vehicle instead. No calls/texts to inform me they didn’t have anything available (there were some on the lot). Poor customer service, poor job at correcting the error.
