Should be zero stars! It was a very bad experience, the first car we were given was crashed and in terrible shape. The representative was rude and literally had the next customer in tears when we came back to try to get another vehicle that was no crashed and in terrible shape. The representative asked with an attitude " is there an issue?!??!?!?" I said "Yes the car you gave us was in horrible shape and crashed in the front." Line of reservations. No cars.
When I reserved my car for $44 a day for the first day I was told if I need to extend it would be $40 a day. So my car was being worked on for the second day and I called to extend and they said $103 a day. Asked for corporate number and they just hung up. Called back and they still wouldn’t help with corporate number.This is not the company for me.
It's ridiculous to wait this long to do a check!
