Mimi was absolutely amazing throughout the entire car rental process. As a parent traveling with my 3-year-old, finding the right vehicle was incredibly important, and Mimi went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She took the time to understand our situation, answered all of our questions patiently, and made the entire experience stress-free.
Not customer friendly. I was qouted one price three times verbally twice via email manager wouldn't honer deal old school customer service doesn't exist and it was only a 25 dollar difference still u don't run a customer off especially if he has proof of the quote steer clear monument uhaul bigger cheaper more variety.
STAY AWAY!!!! Unless you like to give money away for no reason!!! I would absolutely stay far away from the rental company! In my opinion they are scam artists and fraudulent, refusing to correct overcharges. We rented through the Costco website in our rental was supposed to be 64.99 a day that included the car rental at 44.07and the taxes and fee fees are $20 and some change.
