The receptionist was SO RUDE! I think that if she smiled her face would crackI will NEVER use them again or refer anyone their way BTW ~ I was referred to them by AARP
We’ve had bad luck lately with other rental companies in Walnut Creek. We decided to use Budget in Walnut Creek after a long day. The customer service lady at the counter, Mimi was beyond nice and so helpful! She got us the car we actually wanted, got us in and out to our car quickly. Thank you Mimi
So frustrating. We got in line to pick up the rental. We were next the person helping people disappeared did not comeback. We were told to get in the Avis line at the end we then waited 10to 15 minutes there the Budget person came back they started a New line . We finally got a car. It had stickers non smoking, but the car smelled of cigars and cleaners when we went back to tell them they said to wait in line again.
Convenient. Easy to find. Friendly service. Clean vehicle with low mileage. No issues with after hours dropoff.
Very bad customer service, do not recommend. The lady at the counter was most unhelpful and rude.
